You are only permitted to use this website to order your own driving record. Access to any records other than your own personal driving record requires a commercial account to be established and a separate application is required.

All driving history information is compiled from records obtained directly from the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information on this website and other information provided to you, portions of this information may be incorrect or out-of-date. Corrections to your driving record, if any are needed, can only be processed by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. This website is not able to make changes to your driving record. Neither American Safety Council, Inc. nor its affiliated companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, information providers or suppliers warrants the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of information provided and shall not be liable for any losses caused by reliance on the accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of such information.
By using this website and our services, you further certify that: the information you obtain from us will be used by you (and by any party to whom you furnish information so obtained) only for "permissible purposes" as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Florida Driving Records
3-Year Driving Record
A 3-year driving record contains your driving history including infractions that have been settled by the court during the past 3-years, driving restrictions and any other driving-related information. Points dismissed by traffic school will not be visible.
7-Year Driving Record
A 7-year driving record contains your driving history including infractions that have been settled by the court during the past 7-years, driving restrictions and any other driving-related information. Points dismissed by traffic school will not be visible.
Complete Driving Record
A complete driving record is recommended if you want to see all infractions/tickets on your driving record including those where you completed traffic school. It contains all information over the past 11 years including tickets from other states.
